During this time when so many manufacturing companies have left the states, I wanted to show some appreciation for the tools that were once made here. With all of the disposable tools for sale on the market, I couldn't help but notice this ones solid craftsmanship. I originally thought it might be a chisel of some sort but my husband set me straight by showing me it was a spring loaded push drill. This one is marked Millers Falls NO.170 Made in the U.S.A. and was made between 1957-1979. The company was located in Massachusetts between 1868-1982.

I know little things amuse and amaze me at times, but I just found out that the top unscrews and there's another bit stored there!:)
