All silver who knows who wore this badge...as far as I know it is real. all silver. Can't find another one to compare it too...need to solve this mystery..

I have some doubts about this one. I see it is cast and sterling would not what I would expect a territorial badge to be made of. You may wish to check out this sitehttp://www.policeguide.com/index.html and maybe send them a copy of this scan for an opinion.
