What I like to find is this is Lalique...but not signed. Really pretty vase, with a satin finish. Four birds flying. Clear rim. Good copy? Mikasa? I'm wide open to speculation, fake encouragement that this is super valuable, or real encouragement that this is worth zillions.

Every time I see a piece of deco style satin glass I think and hope it's Lalique too. This is very nice Amber, I would have bought it in a heartbeat as well :)

It is a German vase.

The sticker tells us it is a German contemporary firm.
Yes Eye, she had a sticker which really helps (help which which I asked for). I found mine in the Christmas items. I was struggling to ID the vase, Valentino knew what it was. It got crossed because I had passed on a iittala votive and Sean wanted me to go back and get it...which I did. In the CW way, we got chatting...

Swallow Vase: German, everyone remarks that it is a Lalique look a like. But it is NOT Lalique and NOT Iittala.

The heads of my birds are more bubbled and plain compared to TC's two links and to Valentino's.
Very nice. I love the Lalique look also. Lalique also did some hood ornaments ( or car mascots if you prefer) one of which was the Archer for a pierce Arrow. THAT I'd like to find.
