This 2.5"x2" rectangle plaque pin was my first copper item. What a way to start a collection! The pattern is called Brazilian mask - and it's fairly common in the Rebajes world. Picture 2: 1.75" wide link bracelet and in last picture shows the clip earrings 1.25x.5" - her hair is crimped on both left and right sides! Sorry these pictures aren't very good. I'll replace them later.
Francisco Rebajes created metal art and costume jewelry from the 1930's-50's in New York - first sold in his shop in Greenwich Village and eventually on Fifth Avenue. Prices for his jewelry ranged from $1.95 to $5.95. He also worked w/silver plate and sterling silver.
