This is a lovely art nouveau style pendant enamelled in the Plique-a-jour technique, which lets the light through making it look like a beautiful colour window. The green and pink enamel complement the central red cut garnet and drop. The front is ornamented with tiny diamond chips. I believe it is a German piece. The back is marked 'sterling' and has a maker's mark.
