    I worked at this Hotel in the 70's. At that time, the Hotel was about 110 years old and had only 2 owners over that period of time!

      They had loads of antiques for instance a whole closet goldplated cutlery!! used only once in the thirties at the owners wedding, (I saw the cutlery, awesome!)
      Almost no postcards at antique Dealers here, only at postcard Shows.

      Amazing view back then, not sure if the tires on the bizycle are wood !

      Valid point .however looking closely I believe that there might be a bicycle pump attached to the frame of the bike. Which would indicate that the wheels were indeed rubber. Maybe I'm wrong. But just a thought.

      Thank you brassnut, yes there is something attached to the frame of the bike
      and it could be as you said a pump!!!
