I don't have any info on her this is one of my moms dolls as a kid and she is now 65 years old and wants to know more about this doll no clothes or a year on the doll.

Thanks . Are you sure under her hairline or just into it there are no numbers on back of neck . If you look a bit below oil cloth body and into hairline . It could be high or marked low on neck and a bit covered ?

Oops part got deleted we needed . She is a American Character Doll Named "Chuckles " Made 1952 to 55 . I showed you yours above . I had CW delete one post as it had a stuck space on it :-)
Your doll is vinyl head and limbs and a oil cloth body . American Character had big hits with dolls like Betsy McCall . American Character dolls produced dolls from 1918 until 1968.
