EARLY MIDDLE EASTERN BOTTLE....PERSIAN?

Not sure what this is.....any ideas? This vessel looks old, has nice, iridescent patina and adhesions to the surface of the glass. Beautiful robin's egg blue color. Pontilled on the bottom. Looks dug, but there are lots of skillful artisans out there that can make something like this look thousands of years old.
