This Cookie jar/biscuit jar has Paper label on bottom . She has her hat as a lid and her Hand Painted character face and fluttering eyelashes makes her as cute as can be . I would date her 1960's just from her look . Not much known about Wales mark . I would date it after Nippon was no longer acceptable to use in place of marking items Japan . Japan Used a few names to avoid marking Japan on their exports . Wales did lots of figurines and animal nick nacks .She is 6 inches tall top of hat 9 inches to top of handle .
