Ok so I found this dresser by Karges. I contacted them to get history and got the following response

I wish we had the history but this is a very old piece going back to the original furniture made by Karges in the late 1800's. You do have a true antique piece of furniture (a true antique is 100 years old) by Karges Furniture, but we are unable to identify an exact year because Kindel Furniture acquired Karges Furniture in 2014 and the original records are no longer available.
