This will get you out of bed in the morning ! A neat little Linden two bell alarm clock from about 1960. It wound right up and works just fine. Has a nice soothing tick and the bells are really loud too ! The hands glow in the dark as well as the dots by the numbers. A separate dial for the alarm and the sweep second hand share the face. The back is stamped "Germany" on one side and there is some kind of crest or shield stamped on the other. All this for less than a dollar at VOA today.

Thanks shawnicus, It was pretty dirty when I took the pictures. I've since tried to clean it but the finishes on these are pretty thin and once they go there's no turning them back. I kind of like the rustic worn look and the soothing ... tick, tick.tick :)

Very nice. If you unscrew the knobs on the back, you can turn the back cover to remove and see the interior mechanics. On the interior mechanics are markings stamped on them. But be careful not to bend the metal exterior while removing the back. =)
