I bought this clock from the Hakes auction in 2010 and according to the catalogue it is marked Glen Clocks /Made in Scotland c. 1950. the box is marked Made in Scotland By L.S. Mayer[London Ltd.] Clock Dundee. Donalds head moves with the ticking of the seconds. not sure if the year is right in the catalogue because the box is printed Disneyland clock model 49 made in Scotland. the Guarantee paper is hand written date of purchase 23 12 50. according to Hakes this is only the 2nd example they have offered with the rare box in44 years

Mickey forgot to add a little info. These were a Disneyland "exclusive" piece, and not very many have every shown up. The dating of it is close, but 1955 would be the earliest possibility. Is it possible the date on the paper is 23/12/60?(two days before Christmas, you think somebody got a Donald for Christmas) Still, the dating would be 1950's era.
