The 1939 general electric gd-63 has always been one of my favorites from g.e.
I love the cabinet design and the "old style" brass work that was used on them. They look like a radio designed long before 1939.
I hope you enjoy this one.

    That roll that the front grill has is pretty unique in design!

    That is one of the main reasons i like this model so much is the waterfall cabinet and grill design and this one has matching book end veneers used on the outer front around the dials.This is the first gd-63 that i have ever seen like that.

    Thank you upstatenycollector. I have been looking for more of these to restore but I don't find them very often.
