I found this plate last weekend. The photos don't do it justice. I have to learn how to do it correctly:(
It is marked RS Germany, a word I cannot read - it could be Reinhold, Schlegelmilch, Tillowitz.
The plate has a gilded edge and is nicely decorated with daffodils. I believe it is a transfer print. I also think the plate was produced in the first half of the last century.

    Thanks for looking:)

Beautiful-- I am a fan of RS Germany. It is usually priced significantly less than the Prussia.

You are correct on the marking.

I would think that your deco plate is 1920s or 30s.

Thanks so much, scottvez. This is my first piece of RS Germany. I read about RS Prussia, but I haven't seen one yet.

You have been very helpful. Thanks again,
