Have a basement full of antique items and need some help with the values!!! please and thank you for your help!

Trunks are always good sellers. In order to get a more accurate idea of the value you should take pics of the insides and any makers marks on them. Someone might be able to tell you age and value.

Yes, some good pictures inside and out would help. But the black metal trunk is a monitor top trunk made mostly from the 1890's until the early 1920's. These usually don't sell for as much as the old wooden trunks. But condition, age, rarity, completeness, etc. all make a difference in the values.
