This is a wooden Manning-Bowman clock from the 30's. It is not a self-starter but runs beautifully and keeps perfect time. I picked it up at one of my favorite antique malls in North Dallas.
When I first saw the clock I thought it was Bakelite but closer observation showed it to be wood. The wooden case is in excellent shape but the metal back shows some scrapes. There is some discoloration on the face from 12 to about 2:30, I plan to have the face cleaned.
I believe the cord has been replaced and I will restore it with a fiber wrapped one when I have the face cleaned.
It is 10.75"L X 4" W 6"H. The model number is 916
