Made by Rouan in the early 70s, the dial features Peter Pan on a 360 degree per minute rotating disc. His red wings are the hour and minute hands. This watch is part of a series which included Archie, Tinker Bell and Woody Woodpecker.

The one that looks like Wendy is actually Tinkerbell.
Thank you crazycharacter for this information. Wendy is also a child character in JM Barrie's 1911 Peter Pan novel. It is possible the reference books got confused between the two characters, Wendy and Tinker Bell. In any case, I have yet to see what this Tinker Bell Rouan watch looks like!
