    Hello Friends,
    I've had this for years and always loved it, ( alas I found it in a draw in the attic!:(
    I think it's a beautiful little piece, thought it must be French, ' Je Me Souviens' was a hint :)
    Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago
    I was poking around ebay and I saw a piece that seemed to sing of a relation to my little flask
    What do you think?

      I just checked, and Tubeamp was right- the art work shows the Coat of Arms for Quebec city, and if I remember correctly "Je me souviens" means "I remember "
      The artist's "A" signature is not that of Desevres Fourmaintraux, but I'm still looking.
      It's adorable, regardless of provenance or value1
