I'm trying to identify my dads tin cars. I will be grateful for any help I can get. All I know is that it might be a model Citroen.

Although it does resemble the Citroen Avant some, the Co. symbol on the grill should be inverted. Me not know Mon.

Blunder has a good guess, I don't know foreign cars very well.

      A nice one for sure!

I had a "good guess"? What was it? The chevrons are upside-down for an Avant & the headlights should be on top of the fenders. Back to, me not know Mon.

Many times toy companies made little changes to the car was recognizable, but they didn't have to pay any license fees.

Is there anything on the bottom? And what is sticking out near the left rear wheel? Very cool colors, and the tire markings are unusual

I think a lot of these old tin cars are generic but with some imagination we usually consider them close enough to look like something, lol

This one and the other two old cars may be Bing.

As a toy, I can understand why over-fender lamps weren't used as easily broken off. The chevron is still upside-down & should only be 2 or 3 most. I've wondered if the term "lemon" came about because of the Citroen?

I just ran across one of these without the working lights.
The only info is, Distler Tin Car, Red coupe with clockwork, Made in US Zone Germany.

      Hope that helps
