what are these metal chairs in my yard

I have four of these chairs they are metal wire . They have a fake wicker seat and back. they are heavy and the metal is painted green.I believe its plastic. I cannot find a manufactures mark or date or anything to give me an idea about them like when they wete made or anything .If someone knows anything about them I wiuld appreciate it. Thanx
