1/4" wide facet bakelite bangles. I paid more than Newtimes' 1 euro! Very hard to find bakelite bracelets that cheap. Fun to wear between large bracelets (duh, spacer!) and also piled up w/other thin spacers for a little quieter statement.
Just found 2 black ones at the swap meet - now I have a collection!

Thanks Newtimes - I found these separately but I think I only paid $3 each - was very surprised - they are definitely bakelite. Isn't it interesting that red holds it's color but nearly every other one darkens w/age? I love this yellow color.
I love that yellow color too. You can wear it with everything.
I think red changed also, but just a bit. Maybe the red ones were a tiny bit brighter or just a bit more greenish of blue ish in the old days.

Wow which I could find something like this. The only facetted bakelite I have is a necklace.
I see these now and again online, but too much $ for my budget. I like wearing an armload of thin spacers in all colors. Thank you dear friend!
