I think it could be Spanish piece. I found it in my antique travels and fell in love with it, but I can't find anything like it in my research.

I have 2 very similar lamps which have been in the family for many years. Sorry I don't know the origin either. Hope someone can help with the identification. I'll post a picture of my lamps as well. Curious, what did you pay for yours and where did you find them?

I'M PRETTY SURE THEY ARE MILLER LAMPS SINCE HE HELD THE PATENTS ON THE DESIGNS OF THESE LAMPS SINCE 1926 AND MAYBE BEFORE THAT . I HAVE THREE OF THEM TWO ARE A MATCHING PAIR THAT I RESTORED ALL NEW WIRES SOCKETS AND CLOTH CORD WITH ACORN PLUG AND MADE SOME NEW LEAVES WITH ALL NEW RAINBOW GEMS
