    my husbans and i found this in an storage shed that we were cleaning, we know that you guys like these things and we would like to know is this a beer sighn or what and how old is it, and is it worth any thing like keeping?       cool sign. kinda beat up obviously but still cool!! I'm sure someone would love to have it.

      Lowenbrau (the beer) used to be much easier to find in stores in the U.S. in 70's and 80's. I think you'd be hard pressed to find it in most places at all now. but for me it makes the sign even perhaps a bit cooler. I love the slate blue.

      I have a square light-up sign at home that says Lowenbrau from the 70's and 80's so this one really caught my eye.

      p.s. Lowenbrau is german for "Lion's brew"
