These are part of the Christmas presents we exchanged at home yesterday.
Among those I got are a Nanny Still HARLEKIINI jug (the fifth one of them I've got, so there's only two jug models from this range missing in my collection) and five Per Lütken pieces: a huge Gronland vase that stands 40 cm. tall.; a Kubus vase in greenish gray -I love it-; a candleholder in clear and aedelgron green; a Lava decanter -isn't it amazing?- and the most amazing bowl. This bowl reminds me a lot of the Cascade stuff, only it is fully made of clear glass, and has very irregular features and a rough outer surface. I absolutely love it!
Carlos got more giftd than these on the pictures but what can be shown here are the two amazing Ingeborg Lundin vases for Orrefors and the Rosenthal bowl. This bowl is to be taken to "the other house", where he's got four Rosenthal vases with the same decoration (pictures will be taken soon, I hope, as we are spending New Year's eve there). As for the Ingeborg Lundin stuff, the green beakvase matches those two in purple and yellow I gave him last Christmas (http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/86865-two-small-vases-ingeborg-lundin-orrefo?in=collection-1756), only this one is bigger -slightly oer 12cm tall-.
The Lundin vase with the stopper is really imppresive in spite of standing just 8,5 cm tall. The glass has an amazing quality and is pretty thick at the bottom and lower part of the walls and shows a lovely hue of light blue. It also has all these tiny blue inclusions. The stopper is made in yellow pâte de verre.
I'll post these items separately in the future.
