OK so now I have two of the exact same vase. I posted the first one about six months ago. I then found the second one a couple weeks ago. I pretty much thought they were made by Rueven Art Noveau Glass Company in Milwaukee which makes them fairly new but I'm finding conflicting info online. They could be Victorian or from a little known company called Zarder.
My research turned up a pictures of this exact vase on an antique site and glass site. The picture on the glass site says it's from the Zarder Company Milwaukee Wisconsin. This company is also listed in the Anchor Hocking Museums website "wish list" of little known companies as needing more ads, catalog,and photos. Without any marks or labels it could remain a mystery. -Mike-

Thanks Aim :)... It sure was weird finding the second one 6 months later at a GW 40 miles away from the first one !
I call that meant to be ;-) it's a great feeling when pieces comes together like that.
