Beautiful old glass bowl and vase,beautiful designs on bowl and vase,I would love to know who the maker is.

the first piece is usually called a muffin tray, but also sometimes called a bonbon tray. The pattern is Imperial Glass #728 'Monticello Ringing Rock' with gold encrusted decoration. I've seen the decoration called 'Gold Encrusted Bell Flower Etch' but didn't see attribution, as often these added decorations are by third party decoration houses using various blanks; also seen the same decoration on a Paden City blank.
