A matched pair of vases, I think they are Dresdan porcelain, thay are not marked on the bottum of the brass, they are signed by the artist Libeau, any ideas on the age or maker?

Could find a few other porcelain pieces with the art signed Libeau - 2 different lamps and a Czechoslovakian trinket dish. - googled "artist Libeau"
