Found in my 82 year old aunt's estate...I believe it is concrete...Any help figuring out authenticity would be great!!

He is concrete and but he also looks like he sat outside as well as a few others . Did she display them in her yard ? He is not new but age hard to tell if he was exposed to elements outside . Not Hubley and in poor condition . He has been in contact with water and needs repair to save him .
Mani pretty much has this one.
You have only posted one that I would even research and it wasn't the one everyone said was a Hubley. I collected these years ago and you have some nice conversation pieces. Thanks for sharing them.
