Can anyone tell me what this is, where it's from etc. Can't find any markings

It's a cabinet type of antique. Lots of little details. Shelves are inside. Drawer in the center and two doors on the bottom. No clue what it is or what it may have been used for. Any help or guidance is much appreciated.
