This shade is 10" wide and probably made by Boston & Sandwich or Atterbury. It was a great find at $45. Any more info would be appreciated.

I found a similar shade in the second of Nadja 's books. If you send me an email I can scan it and send it to you. It has a matching smoke bell too.
