Pretty sure this is CHALET GLASS/Lorraine Glass from reseach. Orange was one of there striking colors they produced. Bit different with the Swirls at the base. Wear on Bottom, and HEAVY!!

Length - 11.50 inches
Width - 6.25 inches widest point
About - 4.50 inches tall
Weight - 6.5 Pounds
