    Ummmm, Help tell me the significance of this peace? It is porcelain and brass. I don't know if it is a license plate topper or ornament. I got it from car guy in Las Vegas for 20 bucks

      does look like red cross motor service does it have a pin on the back alot of them wore them on hats and clothes
