This woven blanket came from an abandoned house my mother bought and restored in South Cook County, Illinois. The woman who had lived there was a recluse who was a talented seamstress in the small town. She left several quilts and blankets neatly wrapped up. This is one she must have valued.
This bedspread is woven with eagles, flora and fruit as its design. It is white and light green. I don't have the dimensions but you can see from the clothes line photo that it is fairy large. Any idea who made it, what the pattern is called and a date?
