I know I've seen these before, but I can't find one on Google or in here! Am I losing my mind? Well, probably, but that's beside the point... Can anyone tell me more about this nice piece?

Don't know maker or style, but lovely footed Vaseline glass bowl, maybe a salts?

would have originally had a flower frog that fit into and sat at top. L. E. Smith made this in 3 sizes and this is the smaller. Called Fern bowl with Frog usually, and noted with the Greek Key motif. Some of these also had a bird motif on the bowl.
I have the frog, Tallcakes, but I didn't think it went with the piece. Thanks for the info, and thanks antiquerose for the comment and everyone for the love!
