This was my dad's, supposedly something he brought back from the Phillipines during WW2. I'm looking for any information about the style of knife and whether it really is from the Phillipines and the WW2 era. My dad's gone now, so I can't ask him. It would be interesting to find out any info on this unique knife. Its 15" long.

The blade is more of a slashing or skinning knife. Be surprised if anybody can really help date it. Bonne chance.
