This vintage 1950's Stockton tailors dummy came into the family in 1962. As with our other treasures she was used to help make and maintain clothes for the family and served this purpose right up until the 1980's when the tailors became too senior to do much sewing.
She is well padded and shapely and has wrought iron stand to support her. A magnificent lady admired by all who see her.

A proper tailors dummy too, probably with horsehair under her cover so pins actually stuck in if needed. Not like the hopeless modern ones!
