I found this at an estate sale and I had to have it. I want to restore it, but I can't find any information about it. the handle bar says "Bloch" but after looking it up it seems they made wicker carriages. Its painted over some really beautiful scroll work, idk why they would paint over it! if anyone could please help me, I can't find anything at all like it online! Thank you!
