    This was my mother's aunt's doll in the early 1900's. Metal head and cloth body. I think the dress was probably hand made later on. The high chair dates from that time period also, and is hand made.

      She is made in Germany by Company "Minerva ". They were sold to be non breakable
      And yes she would be from early 1900 to 1930's when they produced them . You could buy head only and Mom made body or they came with kid leather bodies . Some had Glass eyes as well as the painted ones yours has .
