Yesterday my husband gave me as a present this wonderful jugendstil vase. I had stare at it at the shop window for a long time but the price was too high for us to buy it. Sadly, the shop is going to shat. Jorge the vendor died suddenly and the proprietary is taking every think to another city and Sergio got it very discounted. It is beautiful and it is similar to the one in Moonstone page http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/97137-art-nouveau-kralik-silvered-bands-green but has 36 cm height. The colour is wonderful; it is heavily iridescent in a way that it was difficult to see the green background. It glows under black light faintly and the bands reflect a light blue, the pictures are not good enough but they show some detail. The pictures with the flash on shows that all over the piece there are a spray of gold, that accumulated as a spot in the base, picture 2. The piece is at least 90 years old, I have not enough knowledge to say if it is Kralik (I had others bought always here in Argentina, and some Rindskopf). I think it is not a Loetz because the ones I had seen are much smaller.
