I picked this up at an Estate Sale two weeks ago. It seemed charming since the history is documented, but not verified. It is very light weight and feels like bakelite, but I am not sure. Anyone have any ideas? It was 50 cents. I couldn't go wrong.

I should mention the sticker is on the bottom and it measures 2" square.
