    Does anyone know who this Impressionist artist is? The work is outstanding! Renoir in style and almost 10 feet long! Said to have once sat in the Plaza Hotel. The back reads Plaza , foyer ,near Ballroom. It is said to have been commissioned for 28k without the frame. Prior owner lost all the paperwork.
