    This is a gorgeous black and tan pot, I cannot figure out the signature on it though it looks like Luis Salis or Salas and then Chuluimas? Chulumans? Mx.

      I believe this is Chulucanas pottery from Peru. Chulucanas is a town in northern Peru. Some artists pottery are quite valuable. You can loo up on ebay for similar matches. Good luck ;)
