Ozmarty will recognise this jug which I had my eye on for a while, waiting for the price to drop a bit. ( I admit to being a cheapskate!)
Marty kindly alerted me to it's existence in case I hadn't noticed it!

Radio Brand (great name! - so modern!) made kitchen, serving and decorative wares, always in this lineal style and from cased glass.

Their colours varied but were always bright, internally cased in white, externally cased in clear. Their work was always made to a high standard.

I'm comfortable saying 1970s here. I have not seen Radio Brand glass of any sort which would be later.

This jug is typically Radio. Japanese orange, white interior, mould blown, hot finished base and lip, and an applied clear handle.
There are no bubbles or lines in the glass.

Sticker reads "Radio Brand Japan....Fine Glass....Hand Craft" and there is a funky logo of a phonograph horn or something!

    Height 18cm (7in)

Do you have any additional info on the maker?
    6. racer4four racer4four, 10 years ago
No Deedee, although to be honest I haven't spent much time trying to find the glass company behind Radio Brand.

If you have any info, speak up! I'll happily accept any clues.
