    a wooden box with a crank handle and some kind of wooden stick with a handle it turns and has a ratchet handle that works, there is writing on the side you can see in the pics

      does it look like they could put a spool on that shaf ... and pull the shaft out ,saying if they used it to wind wire or some thing..."?
