I should add that the faces seem to be some sort of ceramic or porcelain, the shoes are wooden. They look Mexican to me

They do look like from Mexico and they did make lots of puppets usually face was of a clay . I have a set from there I will post . How tall are yours?

The hands on yours are they vinyl ?
    5. debbiewullenweber, 10 years ago
Manikin, they are about 18 inches tall. The hands seem to be casted from a mold. We really can not tell what the material it is, if it is a vinyl, it is rough. The head also seems to be casted. It looks ceramic but can not be sure. The head is mounted to a wooden bodie
