1963 Tabletop Bar/Liquor Cabinet - Who designed this piece? Mystery!

Figures representing the "Four Seasons" on front panels (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter)
    Gold-ish/Metallic paint on front
    Interior light
    Top folds back
    Front folds down flat
    Black on the inside
    Handle on each side
Did not come with the teak table it is sitting on

The only marking on the bottom is a stencil/stamp that reads:

There is no designer/brand marking anywhere on this piece.

This bar cabinet is from my Grandparent's collection of Mid-Century Modern Furniture.
Other pieces throughout their home were by Drexel, Henredon, Kipp Stewart, Paul McCobb, Knoll, Richard Schultz and Hans Wegner.

Any thoughts on who designed this piece?
