    Just picked up this lovely old piece--thought it was a Lalique but on closer inspection, the signature does not look like lalique!! Any ideas?

    I think it must be 80+ yrs old!

    I can't figure out what the design is--looks like pineapples to me...

      I think that reads, Verlys. Google 'images for Verlys' as a start. Good luck!

      As it was a french marker, you can Google for Verlys pomme de pin!
      Have a look there, but you will have to translate...
