to much of a blur ..need to use you macro... settings
I believe I found it~manoil 1940's~makes sense as there is a circled m inside. It can also fire stuff, which I didn't notice and this one works!

It does look like the Manoil - be careful, that might be made of lead, not something you want to be playing with.

You got it, Manoil made up into the 50's. I think the small game type marble will fit in it.
