I have this United States Military Academy cup and saucer, but I can't find anything out about it! I am stumped! What time period is this from? Who is the maker? Is it rare? The gold is chipping off in some spaces, but other than that it looks like its in good condition. Any and all information would be extremely helpful! Thanks!

The United States Military Academy has had a visitors center on campus since 1951, and I'm willing to bet it had a gift shop for almost all of that time. It did when I first visited the Point in the early 1970s, and it does now. In addition to tourists, I would think these cup and saucer sets were marketed to parents and alumni.

No markings on the bottom of the cup or saucer?

No markings on either! Maybe it did and over time it wore away?

Thanks for the info!! Much appreciated!
