Gorgeous set of tie clip and cufflinks
Gold stones set in silver tone metal ( could be stainless steel)
Circa 1970s: reminds me of my youth ,MOB SQUAD, POLICE WOMAN & BELL BOTTOM PANTS.

However can someone tell me what MD-HAR stands for ?

Nice set. Unfortunately, I do not have an answer for you. When I have picked up similar sets, sometimes they are engraved with personalizations for the original owner. However, MD-HAR appears to not be that. I have not seen those specific markers before. Good luck!

      Thank you MisterEsoteric
I remember seeing similar markings on surgical instruments decades ago. So it might have something to do with the stainless steel that was used.
      Love your collection.

Thank you for the kind words! Good luck on your research quest. Those markings with regard to ghe metal make a lot of sense.
